Kylie attended The University of Toledo, where she earned her Paralegal Degree. In addition, she furthered her education by becoming a Certified Paralegal (CP). While attending The University of Toledo, Kylie interned with the Bowling Green Prosecutor’s office and, prior to graduation, obtained a position at a general practice law firm in downtown Toledo.
She relocated to Columbus, where she was employed by a mid-sized downtown litigation law firm for over seventeen years. While working there, Kylie handled everything from simple calendaring tasks to that of assisting in complex litigation matters. Kylie gained experience working on both the Plaintiff and Defense side of cases. In addition, she assisted in insurance cases, medical malpractice and product liability cases.
In 2016, Kylie started KLG Paralegal Services, LLC. KLG provides professional paralegal services on an as needed or ongoing basis for the sole practitioner to larger law firms.
In 2020, Kylie started KLG Mediation Services, LLC. in order to facilitate peaceful resolutions.
Kylie is also a member of the Columbus Bar Association (CBA), Paralegal Association of Central Ohio (PACO) and The Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce.
Roger attended Marshall University, where he earned a BA in Criminal Justice. After graduation, he worked in the areas of education, behavior health, and for the State of Ohio in Social Security Disability determination.
In 2004, Roger left the work force and was a stay at home father raising his two daughters. During this time, he was an active member in his community as a recreation and club soccer coach and a volunteer at his daughter’s schools. Roger currently organizes fundraisers and volunteers for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation Central Ohio Chapter.
In 2019, Roger joined KLG Paralegal Services, LLC where he assists in medical reviews and various paralegal tasks. Roger’s dedication to his family and community is also shown in his work.
